What we process
For the public landing site we process technical visit data such as IP address, request metadata, device/browser information, language preference, security logs, and any information you submit in a contact, demo, waitlist, or newsletter form.
Why we process it
We use this data to operate and secure the site, answer inquiries, manage waitlist or newsletter requests, send requested email updates, keep evidence of consent or unsubscribe choices, comply with law, and establish or defend claims. The legal bases are legitimate interests, legal obligation where applicable, and consent for newsletters or marketing email where required by electronic-communications rules.
Required and optional data
Technical data is necessary to deliver the website. Form fields marked as required are needed to handle the request; optional fields help us respond better. If you do not provide required form data, we may be unable to respond, add you to a waitlist, or send requested updates.
Recipients
The landing site may use Vercel for hosting/CDN/request handling and Resend for requested email delivery. We may also disclose data to professional advisers, authorities, or successors where required by law, claims, or a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Vercel and Resend may process data in the United States and other locations used by their sub-processors. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on GDPR Chapter V transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required.
Retention
Public-site logs are kept for up to 90 days unless security or legal needs require longer retention. Contact/demo/waitlist records are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Newsletter records are kept until unsubscribe or withdrawal plus evidence of consent/unsubscribe for up to 3 years for claims defense.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority. Contact us at privacy@lovethat.day.
