Scope

These terms cover public Love That Day website and landing services, including product information, forms, demo or sales requests, waitlist/newsletter signup, downloads, and links to future account signup. Product accounts, guest portals, and vendor marketplace accounts will be governed by their own terms when those flows launch.

Technical conditions and risks

You need an internet connection, a current security-supported browser, JavaScript, and cookies/local storage where needed for security, preferences, consent, and forms. Electronic services involve normal internet risks including malware, phishing, spoofed websites, credential compromise, unauthorized access, spam/form abuse, insecure networks, and browser or device vulnerabilities. Keep your device, browser, email account, and network secure.

Forms and email

Submit accurate information and do not send unlawful content, spam, misleading information, or third-party personal data without a lawful basis. A form submission does not guarantee product access, a demo slot, a commercial offer, or a response. Newsletters and marketing email are sent only where the required consent or other legal basis exists; you can unsubscribe or withdraw consent by link in the message or by contacting us.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape or bulk-extract content, submit malware, impersonate others, use forms for spam, or infringe rights. The website, content, software, design, and Love That Day brand are owned by the Operator or licensors. You may view them to evaluate the service, but may not copy, republish, scrape, or build a competing dataset without permission.

Complaints and changes

Complaints or questions may be sent to hello@lovethat.day. We aim to respond within 14 days. We may update these terms for valid reasons such as legal, security, service, provider, or technical changes. For material changes affecting ongoing waitlist/newsletter or form-related services, we will give reasonable notice where we have your contact details and explain the effective date and practical effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Non-consumer disputes are subject to the competent court for the Operator's seat in Wrocław, Poland. Consumer jurisdiction follows mandatory law.
